Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there are significant delays in shipment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Shipping costs may vary according to the location, shipping method selected, and the weight of your order.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather conditions, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will keep you updated should there be any significant delays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses: Mental Care Buddy ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please ensure that the address details provided are accurate to avoid delays or lost packages.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Mental Care Buddy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: Mental Care Buddy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we want to ensure a great customer experience. If you receive your order damaged, please contact us at info@mentalcarebuddy.com with your name, order number, and a photo of the damage so we can assess how we can help.

International Shipping Policy: We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
