Return Process:

Initiate a Return: Please email us at info@mentalcarebuddy.com within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Any returns postmarked after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Prepare Your Item: Ensure the Mental Care Buddy is in its original condition with all tags attached and is placed in its original packaging along with any included documentation.

Ship Your Item: Once you've initiated the return, please ship the item to the address we provide. It's crucial to include a tracking number for your shipment. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 2-3 business days for the refund to be processed or the exchange item to be shipped out.
Return Conditions:
- Items must be returned unused, undamaged, and in the original condition.
- All returns must have the original tags attached and be returned in original packaging.
- Please provide the tracking number of the return shipment.
Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
